We all have known those who we thought were not performing up to expectations for one reason or another. Using this simple guide will help you to identify what is really the root cause of the performance issues and develop a stand and action plan for transforming your contribution to them and their contributions to the success of the organization.
The Facilitator will hold an initial coaching session with the leader of the dialogue to prepare them to hold the dialogue powerfully. Actual dialogues may be lead by either the facilitator or the individual requesting the dialogue (decided mutually). Ultimate purpose is to have all Associates able to not only hold these type of discussions without need for coaching or facilitation, but also be able to pass the learning on to others.

Participants will:
- Determine what realm or distinction is impacting an associate’s performance.
- Uncover what is really behind their current level of performance.
- Identify actions for both parties to take in order to support a breakthrough in the current level of performance.
Format: Facilitated dialogue
Recommended Participants: Any individuals needing or wanting to address performance, usually a
supervisor and a direct report.
Requirements for Success: A desire and commitment to contribute to someone else’s success. Most effective if you are committed to uncovering their unique gifts and
individual greatness.
