You have heard about extraordinary leaders. You might have seen extraordinary leaders. Maybe you have read about and studied extraordinary leaders. You might have even been fortunate enough to work with an extraordinary leader. However, what does it take in your particular environment and current business conditions to be an extraordinary leader?
What characteristics of leadership do you need in order to guide your team, organization or company to thriving in today’s volatile environment? Which characteristics do you exhibit powerfully? Which ones do you need to strengthen? What factors do you need to make sure are in balance? How are you managing those factors?

Participants will:
- Identify and create a list of characteristics of extraordinary leaders
- Self identify your strengths and weaknesses against the list
- Understand the factors that need to be in balance to maintain long-term success and what YOU need to do to keep them balanced.
- Develop a plan to continue what you need to continue, start what you need to start and stop what you need to stop
Format: Facilitated team exercises and discussion with pre-course assignment.
Recommended Participants: Any individuals or teams that are or desire to be in positions of leadership and
want to improve their leadership skills.
Requirements for Success: A willingness to take a close honest look at yourself with the help of others.
