You see, virtually everywhere I look, I see individuals, couples, ministries, teams and organizations (both small and large) just scratching the surface of their potential. And that is just sad on at least two fronts.

It is sad because they are not living up to their potential and the abundant life that holds. And it is sad because the feelings and emotions that are a by-product of that steal our joy from realizing the abundant life. And it is not from lack of trying or motivation. It is just a lack of understanding, knowledge and wisdom.

That is what motivates me to make a difference in this world. I refuse to leave it the way I have found it. I desire to guide people to make THE difference that will transform their results and outcomes.

It really is very simple. It does take some practice and guidance till your “new way of being” becomes second nature. But it is doable.

Let me ask you this simple question: If you want to be better tomorrow than you are today, can you be better by doing things and being exactly as you are today? Of course not! There’s an old saying: “If you always do, what you’ve always done, you’ll always get, what you’ve always gotten.” Something has to change if we want to be better and more effective. We need to grow, mature and learn new ways of doing or being if we are going to be more effective tomorrow than we are today. So where do YOU need to change and grow and what do YOU need to learn? That’s right (sorry to go meddling so early in our relationship), it must start with YOU!
